Publication of articles in the Collection of Scientific Papers “Railbound Rolling Stock” is free of charge. The Editorial Board does not collect any fees for manuscript processing, peer review, or publication of scientific materials.
Doctoral students (third cycle of higher education) enrolled in state-funded programs are exempt from any fees for the preparation, peer review, and publication of articles authored solely by them (without co-authors).
