The Editorial Board of the Collection of Scientific Papers \u201cRailbound Rolling Stock\u201d<\/strong> adheres to the principles of transparency, objectivity, and academic integrity in handling complaints and appeals. All submissions are considered in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics<\/span><\/span>. The Editorial Board acts promptly and constructively, providing written responses within the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n

Submission of Complaints<\/h3>\n

Complaints and suggestions should be sent to the editorial office by email: ukrndiv_ndg2@ukr.net<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

All requests are reviewed within 30 working days<\/strong>. In cases where additional consideration is required, the review period may be extended, and the applicant will be notified in advance.<\/p>\n

A complaint must be clear, specific, and contain sufficient information to assess a possible violation of publication ethics. When possible, supporting documents or materials confirming the validity of the complaint should be provided.<\/p>\n

Appeals Against Editorial Decisions<\/h3>\n

Authors have the right to submit an appeal against a decision to reject a manuscript. To do so, an appeal letter should be sent to the editorial office clearly stating the grounds for reconsideration. The letter should:<\/p>\n

    explain the reasons for disagreement with the decision, providing reasoned responses to the comments of the editor or reviewers;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    provide evidence in case of technical errors in the peer review process;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    include supporting information if there are grounds to believe that a reviewer had a conflict of interest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The appeal is reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief<\/strong>. Possible outcomes include:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      upholding the original decision to reject the manuscript;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      initiating an additional independent review;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      submitting the issue for consideration by the Editorial Board.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The author will be informed of the appeal decision in writing with an explanation of the reasons. Each manuscript may be subject to only one appeal<\/strong>, and all decisions are considered final.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
